Built on the excellent ExpressionEngine framework, the Make it Right website incorporates robust content management, Google Maps integration, Photo and Video Galleries and Social Networking galore. And the easy to use control panel makes management a snap.
MGX Lab brought Look North in to build the Make It Right website based on our experience with ExpressionEngine and modern HTML and CSS Development. The site was designed from the ground-up to be a content-rich, highly interactive site. By working closely with MGX Lab through the Discovery phase, we were able to help them organize a complex content model into a very usable site. We then built the site using HTML, CSS and some Flash for the photo galleries. We connected to Twitter, Facebook and YouTube as well as integrated Add This’s service. And the Google Map integration feature for the Track Our Progress is pretty rockin’ if you ask us.
Make It Right is now managing the site on their own with over 10 site editors and contributors adding, editing and deleting most of the content. And, thanks to the flexibility of ExpressionEngine as a content platform, new features are already in the works. So, check the site out regularly.
