Cambridge Leadership Associates (CLA) is an international leadership development practice and the Home of Adaptive Leadership. CLA grew out of the work of Ron Heifetz and Marty Linsky, who have spent more than 30 years examining and teaching the practice of leadership at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
CLA came to us looking to have a new website designed and built that was more inline with their new branding. Additionally, they wanted change the way they presented themselves, putting the theory of Adaptive Leadership first. By creating a navigation structure around this new approach, we planned a site that would help them achieve just that. We brought Ahlgrim Design Group in for the overall look and feel while our team built the HTML/CSS and deployed the ExpressionEngine content management system for backend.
And, by leveraging the flexibility of ExpressionEngine, a teaser survey and Client Login area were also delivered. These tools provide a truly interactive experience for both prospective and current clients.
